She should be in jail! Sheriff said they did not break any laws??? Where I live stealing over $1000 from someone is against the law! I guess TN is different!?
I think you are right about TN being different. They need to protect the tourist. Sevier County gets so much of its revenue from the tourist. I think the Vicks will just start their business at a later date as their web site says now. Everyone needs to let as many people know about them.
