Report AbuseThe Lompoc cops, as well as all the cops in California, don't do their jobs, they don't give tickets for vehicles with no front license plate, they let motorhomes sit on the street for 15 or 20 years without moving and they let people put basketball hoops out in the street and let them play basketball in the street obstructing traffic and then they just single out certain people and pick on them and the rest get away with murder. They are in on gangstalking, too.

Lompoc Police are very corrupt. They don't enforce the laws. Why is it half the vehicles in California don't have a front license plate when they are required by law? Riding bikes on the sidewalks and kids under 18 don't wear helmets. They smoke in the stores still and in front of all the stores and restaurants. Basketball hoops in the streets and on the sidewalks, people playing basketball in the street all day. Vehicles park in red fire zones.
