We just returned home from our stay in Gatlinburg. Due to the Fontaines fiasco, we used Pioneer Rental Management and they were absolutely wonderful!! I am so glad that Peggy has her own business. She is so well prepared to run a rental business since she worked so many years for others. She knows how to provide what the guest like and direct them to the type of cabin they need. She is also aware of the parking problem that some cabins pose. I am sure she makes that aware to all her guest. I remember one guest who arrived with his dually truck and was upset that he could not park easily on the mountain road. Of course, that was with Fontaines.

I stayed at the snuggle bug and was very disapointed none of the lights in the hot tub worked and they were broken and the jagged parts was still their not all of the jets in the hot tub worked and one of the three rocking chairs on the deck was broking and around the cabins was so grown up in weeds it was snaky to get out of your cabin and in this unit their is no parking its on the side of the road.and the fire place was all mess up looked like someone was working on it and didnt put it back together it didnt work either.
If you are looking for Robert Vick (President) he is on the Board of Commissioners (Webb Creek Utility District) it shows you can do anything wrong and still be President. Yes, one phone call and Peggy would have taken care of the problem. I worked with her and I know for a fact she is honest and stands behind her business. I am sure her husband would have been there in a flash, if not, her maintenance man would have.
