Report AbuseI just came back from a two week stay in CN. The Castle seemed to be rented the entire time. Also--1 or 2 of the guards in the CN Security unit are Peggy's brothers. Local rumors said the Vicks were in Florida, and then I was told they were in CA where they have relatives.

This is infuriating. They have enough money to run around the country while they won't give back the deposits to the renters they scammed. I am so disappointed in the state of Tennessee and Sevier County for allowing this to happen without any justice for those VICKtims.
Wel I had never been to Tn. This would have been my family's first trip there and our first vacation in 3 years. It didn't happen and now I have accepted the fact that I will never visit that area and give them any more of my money. I just could not bring myself to hand over a deposit to anyone up there. I just could not do it! I know there are good people there but you know the old saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!"
Let's all get together and take Fontain/ Robert and Libby Vicks that had rental prop. with them to court and sell there prop. I unstand they put there personal prop in their son name ! I heard the house in Cobby Nob is empty.
I hope the Vicks read the Snitch everyday!
The house up in cobbly nob "mountain critter lodge" was sold 2 weeks ago. Rob Vick was the selling agent. TREC, like our government, a joke.
Vick better hope I never change my mind and go that way!
Someone wanting to go up there recentl;y talked to me. They said the rental only accepted cash or check. I told them I would NEVER pay for a cabin like that!
