Report AbuseWe contacted our credit card company with all the data that we had for 2 cabin rentals and not receiving our deposites back. Even though it was way past the 60-90 day time for the credit card, due to the circumstances and the fact that we have attempted to contact them and filed charges with the TN Real Estate Commission and filed charges with Detective Hodges, we just received word from our cc company that our monies have been credited back to our credit card. So please go to your bank and take everything you have attempting to contact Fontaines and charges if any that you have filed and you may receive your money back.

When I spoke to TREC when all this happened I was told that the money was in escrow and was protected. Never hear or saw anything come out of TREC. They are useless and if they have anything to do with this law I am sure they are protecting their interest and their Con's Real Estate system!
